Scope
This notice covers personal and operational information processed for anonymous orders, optional accounts, fiat payouts, support, security, and compliance operations. It does not describe the service as anonymous in every respect.
Service and quote rules
A displayed quote applies for 30 minutes. The 0.5% commission is included in the quoted calculation. The displayed exact requested amount is honored only when the exact qualifying deposit is detected on the specified route before expiry and all required memo or tag instructions are correct.
Data and processing
For an order, the application processes the order reference, chosen routes, quoted amount, deposit instructions, transaction observations, status, and messages needed to operate the service. The application does not persist raw IP addresses. Cloudflare, Vercel, and Supabase operate their own services under their respective terms; a public blockchain can independently make submitted transaction data visible. Optional accounts can add account credentials and contact details. Fiat payout workflows can require payout details and related verification information. Support messages and security events are processed only as needed for their stated operational purpose.
Exceptions and review
A late deposit, underpayment, overpayment, wrong network, or missing or incorrect memo can require manual review and may change the operational outcome. Recovery may not be possible, including where an external network, provider, or technical condition prevents it.
Country and compliance
Service availability and restrictions are determined by configurable policy data, including country and compliance controls. A route, workflow, or payout option can be unavailable where that policy or an operational check requires it.
Retention and requests
We retain operational records only for the period needed to operate the service, meet applicable controls, resolve support issues, and protect the service. User requests about personal data are assessed through the applicable request channel and may be limited by legal, security, or recordkeeping duties.
Publication status
This is version 1.0.0, effective 2026-08-22, approved for publication after business and legal review. The approval record is held by the operator. A material change is published as a new version with a new effective date rather than edited in place.
